A new tugboat by “Craneship” has successfully passed the sea trials in Kerch strait. The vessel was built on TUG20 project, construction number 101.
The modifications of project TUG20 allow building 1200 h.p. and 2640 h.p. tugs. Industry professionals have given a good feedback on the new line of “Craneship” tugs, noting their working capabilities in shallow ports. The performance of “Portoviy-101” easily stands international competition, and in many aspects leaves rivals far behind. All that for a reasonable price.
The main function for the vessel is the towage of ships and floating structures within ports, as well as mooring operations.
